OMFG they suck ***
So this is gonna be a *** rant just a heads up!!! About 10 years ago maybe more , time flies. They sent me a notice they need to change my meter and to call to set it up. Week later they swap it out all good. Not 2 hours later I go out to leave.the house and as soon as I walk within 20 feet of my meter I get a whiff or gas. Nah can't be. Sure enough he GD thing is leaking. Unbelievable. So they come out and fix it. Wow did I just dodge being blown to *** So again they need to swap the meter few years later. They took it upon themselves to just do it without telling us this time. I have radiant floor heat so if there is an issue it takes about 24 to 36 hours for the entire house to cool down. Working 60 plus hours 6 days a week I come home Saturday night and the house is 60 degrees it's been a below 10 degrees for three days straight with three more forecasted. I come home at 7 p.m. and immediately have to deal with having no heat. After tryimg to fix and diag myself with a.good friend till 11:30 we finally decide it must have to do with the meter outside. No way I said, why would that be? Whatever I'll go look. Sure as *** there is a F#ck!n lock on my meter in now sub zero temps. I was fuming as I called Columbia standing outside in the dark. They said they wluld send somebody out in a few hours. I just lost it on them. So apparently they left a notice on our front door to call them to have the gas turned back on after the meter swap. We use that door maybe once month. We could have had burst pipea.who knows. What if we were on vacation? Later I was told they arent supposed to shut people off at all after mid Oct. as a company policy never mind mid Nov. in a cold snap. They suck. Hmmmm what do you do. It's a monopoly.

They blew up my house
THEY BLEW UP MY HOUSE!!!! MY SON IS VERY SHOOK AND MY HUSBAND IS BURNT BADLY IT WAS TERRIBLE WHAT THEY DID NOW I HAVE TO STAY IN A FREAKIN SCHOOL I LOST EVERYTHING I HAD I AM SO DONE. {{Redacted}}
