Bad Service

My wife and I had our gas shut off because they had an issue with our billing address. We had to spend 7 days without heat or a stove in the winter. We schedule the soonest available technician to come, they give us a window of arrival between 8 am and 6 pm. (WTF)...

Unacceptable customer service

Turned off gas to perform meter service. 10 hours later in February and they havent returned to turn it back on. Treated me like dirt . No direct #. 3 hours on hold=nothing. The WORST

Cost to upgrade gas meter

Looking at installing a standby generator but my existing meter is too small. Columbia gas quoted me a cost of $600 to replace it. They own the meter but want to charge me to put a different one on so I can use more gas ? Screw that . Most utilities swap meters as a customer service especially when you are using more of their product. My meter is over 25 years old.

User's recommendation: Avoid Columbia gas if possible , they do zero for the customer.

Bankruptcy you still own me $25,000 dollars. You are the worst ges provider. You company buys gas gas for less $2.00 / dechterm and us sicker buy it for $12.00

The taker pay contacts. Buy buy equipment and put yourself in bankruptcy... how smart. Good thing I have UGI stock. I should know since was an employee

Saw review of home solutions

Home solutions via Columbia gas installed hot water heater that i rent off of them back in Dec tech said youll have hot water in an hour he left about an hour later i check water still cold wait half hr later brrrr cold i call tech never calls back finally i realize the pilot light is out he never lit the frig-gen thing so i had to light pilot of hot water heater that i paying this clown to install luckily ive done this before but what if i was an elderly person or just unable to light it? NO CALL BACK??? to this day I have yet to receive any response from Columbia gas or home solutions *** poor customer service!!!

Replacement of gas meters, landscaping complaint

I haven't spent any money on grass replacement, yet, so I have't lost any!

The company had to dig @ 1/4 of my front lawn to replace my meter. Previously my lawn had some weeds that I was getting under control, but now it looks like I have Johnson grass! From what I understand, it's going to be very had to eradicate. One of the products that's recommended is Roundup! I refuse to purchase or use that cancer causing herbicide! How are you going to help me?

They shut my gas off without notice while it was 28 degrees outside, when I called to get it turnt back on the needed fees in top of fees, and then Im told they cant turn it back on till Monday, its Sunday and calling for snow. I have many animals and my house is hard...

Worst and even poor service...unpolte costumers service.

poor costumer service. the supervisor display as a decoration only.Heartless and no consideration, needs revamp of employees and at certain time hope for another gas service in the area.
