Columbia Gas Home Solutions
What Columbia Gas customers need to realize is that they no longer service your home heating system, hot water heater, etc. They have outsourced all of their service business to Columbia Home Solutions, which you must subscribe to, and is fairly expensive.
To make matters worse, Columbia Home Solutions in turn contracts out the work to random local service providers who already have their own customers that get preference over Home Solutions customers, so you may have a long wait for service.
I had to wait several days for someone to come out and repair my gas burner, and that was in September. So imagine how bad it is in January.
There are many reputable HVAC service companies out there, and I would finding one you like rather than using these guys.

Terrible Service...you need to find your own repair man. They offer a service they cant provide.
Repeatedly the same issues !
